Bad Guy Good Guy

It wasnt only for police officers to do bad guy good guy routine. I heard someone said yesterday during a meeting that as a leader, sometimes you need to be a bad guy, no matter what it takes.

I somehow doesnt really agree with that statement. Bad or good is not as clear as white or black. It's always been gray.

If you consider yourself a bad guy when you're trying to fix something, it is not bad. Moreover, if you consider this as a bad thing, you're not gonna be fixing things. It will only cause you pain.

Rather than saying yourself as a bad guy, you might want to say that the person that has caused you doing this as a bad guy and time will tell.
